growing people into stand out leaders.
Nobody was born stars – stars develop into their
own requiring training and pragmatic guidance
in daily life.
The Business Leadership Academy takes inspiration from;
- Industrial giants like A.P. Moller Maersk and GE
for maturing youth to exceed by their own and
their manager’s expectation - New-tech like Netflix and Google for simplification
and people-focus, and - Siegfried W Andersen’s spirit of “How Much Joy
Can You Endure?”
Business leadership at its core is about taking
responsibility for your own act, the presence of
others and turn it all into profitability.
As such the Business Leadership Academy is about

Motivation

innovating products and services – leading people
